Birch Creek was founded by Michael Conti in 1992 with a simple idea: that a mountain home deserves beautiful furniture, and that beautiful furniture should come with fair prices and personal service.

Thirty-four years on, Birch Creek is still family-run — and it is today Park City's largest furniture store. We are a full-line store: living room, bedroom, dining room and more, with everything on our showroom floor available for immediate delivery, and special orders priced the same. We pride ourselves on one-of-a-kind, unique items.

Customer service here is family service. We live in this community, we raise our families here, and the people we furnish for are our neighbors — so we stay involved from the first conversation through delivery and placement, and we answer the phone ourselves. Birch Creek was built on referrals, and we still treat a referral as the best compliment we can receive: it means we did the job right the first time.

At the second bite of the apple, Michael has brought his family in with him: his wife Heidi Conti, his son-in-law Colton Jeffery, and his step-daughter Keira Jeffrey. Colton runs the front end of the operation and the delivery staff, so he sees every piece from receiving to merchandising to your home. Michael handles everything on the back end — and still sells and installs the window shades himself. Heidi leads most of the big design projects alongside the rest of the sales staff. It is a family business in the truest sense: everyone here owns a piece of the work, and everyone answers for the result.
